Prices

Prices depend on your selected market:

Sweden — Swedish Krona (SEK)
United Kingdom — British Pound (GBP)
European Union & Norway — Euro (EUR)

All prices include VAT where applicable.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Payment

We accept payment via:

• VISA
• Mastercard
• PayPal
• Klarna (available in selected markets)
• iDEAL (Netherlands)

Payment will only be charged once the order has been shipped.

For payments made via Klarna, Klarna’s own terms and conditions apply.

Delivery

We ship within the European Union, United Kingdom and Norway.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Estimated delivery time is 2–5 business days, depending on destination.

Orders are shipped with one of the following carriers depending on market:

Sweden — PostNord
United Kingdom — UPS
Norway — UPS
Other EU countries — GLS or UPS

Risk of loss or damage to the goods transfers to the customer upon delivery.

A delivery is considered completed once the parcel has been delivered to the address provided by the customer or to the designated parcel shop or pickup location selected at checkout.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you receive the goods.

Returns must be created through the return portal and should not be requested via email.

Returns

If you wish to return an item, the return must be registered via our return portal.

Once the return is created, you will receive a prepaid return shipping label and instructions on how to return the parcel.

A handling fee will automatically be deducted from the refund when returning an item.

Handling fee:
39 DKK / 5 EUR / 60 SEK / 4 GBP

The item must be returned without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the return has been registered.

Condition of Returned Items

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

This means the item may be tried on in the same way as in a physical store.

If the item has been used beyond this, we may reduce the refund accordingly.

Uncollected Parcels

If a parcel is not collected and is returned to us:

• the original shipping cost will not be refunded
• a handling fee will be deducted from the refund

Handling fee:
39 DKK / 5 EUR / 60 SEK / 4 GBP

This covers the costs associated with handling and return shipping.

Refunds

Once we have received and approved the returned item, the refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed.

Refund processing times depend on your bank but typically take 2–10 business days.
