We always offer a 14-day full exchange and return policy, valid from the day you receive your items.

If you wish to make use of your right of return, simply use our return portal.

When returning an item, a handling fee of 39 DKK / 5 EUR / 60 SEK will automatically be deducted from the refund amount.

How do I return an item?

You can easily return your item by using our return portal.

All you need to do is enter your order details and select a reason for the return. You will then receive instructions on how to return the package to us.

How do I exchange an item?

You can easily exchange your item by using our return portal.

All you need to do is enter your order details and select the item(s) you wish to exchange. You will then receive instructions on how to return the package to us.

We cover the exchange costs, so you can exchange your items at no additional cost.

Refunds

Once we have received the item and approved the return, we will transfer the purchase amount to your account as soon as possible. We will issue the refund to the credit card used for the original purchase.

It may take 10–14 business days for the amount to appear in your bank account, but it can be processed as quickly as 2–5 business days depending on your bank.
